Hero Student {
You are a second year student in a hero high-school, institutions who prepare youngsters
to become Pro Heroes, giving them training and a certificate at the end of the curriculum
that allows them to take a test to receive their Pro Hero License.

Perks {
Provisional License (-2): A temporary license that hero students can receive. Allows them to use their quirk in emergency situations,
and the authority to participate in rescue operations and combat Villains, when acting under the guidance or permission of an official Pro Hero
Internship (-2): You're part of a work-study under a Hero Agency, treated like a real sidekick, and allowed to participate in missions.
Class Representative (-1): You're in a position of leadership in your class, having a hand on school events and a connection
to your homeroom teacher to report any emergencies or delinquent behavior.
Recommendation Student (-1): You did not have to take the entrance exam for your school of choice, but instead got in
through a recommendation. Pro Heroes and the media are more likely to take notice of you in the future.

Drawbacks {
Held Back (+1): You were supposed to be a 3rd year student, ready to graduate, but your grades simply weren't enough.
Pro Heroes don't want you in their agencies. You cannot take an Internship even if you have a Provisional License.
HPSC Soldier (+2): You aren't being trained by a hero academy, but instead by a branch of the government who plans
to make you an agent for their interests. You are under constant surveillance and disobedience will leave you branded as a criminal
instead of a rebellious student. Your Location becomes Other with no cost.
