>>28504225The operative words here are "undue" and "excessive."
It's one thing for there to be a hierarchy in a herd, with the smallest/dumbest/weakest ones being pushed around and made to do the dirty work, or lower-ranking fluffies having to sleep closer to where the herd shits while the leader and his mate and anyone higher up gets to sleep in the fluffpile - it's another entirely to say the entire herd will instinctively single out and abuse a fluffy saying "you are brown/yellow, therefore you have to live in the shit-pile, you're only allowed to eat shit, and you have to clean our assholes with your tongue. It's not a fetish, you can't prove it."
The concept of "good" and "bad" colors likewise makes no sense either when you try to say that fluffies instinctively know what colors are "good" or "bad" and automatically hate any fluffy with those colors - some even going so far as to say that *any* shade of brown, yellow or green is automatically a "bad" color, which is stupid - do you really mean to tell me a fluffy can't be the the color of chocolate? Amber? Mahogany? Emerald? Gold? Copper? Sand? Pine Green? Or Seafoam Green? Or any of an entire spectrum of brown, yellow and green tones? Only shit, piss or vomit? Really?
Or that there wouldn't be any kind of demand for more "natural" colors or patterns?
If you say it's behavior learned from humans in breeding mills training fluffies to recognize popular, rare or valuable colors or patterns to make their jobs easier - fine.
If you say it's one of those fluffies escaping and joining or starting a herd and passing it on through herd memetics - fine. At least those have something resembling justification.
Just don't tell me that all fluffies will do it, or readily accept it.
