What is the deal with this nonsense? Has 4chan been secretly under a massive, nonstop DDoS of illegal material for the past few years now that is causing ridiculous ISP range bans on random features depending on how the spam is happening? Why isn't this issue actively being addressed instead of just ISP range banning bits here and there hoping it just magically goes away?
Is it time for Hiroyuki to just reset all the ISP range bans on everything and start over?
I've got some bad news guys. I went to #4chan and asked around about ridding this board of everyone holding conversation related to Japan or Japanese culture, along with all who are using pictures which originate from that nation due to the high probability of them being ban-evaders according to a highly reputable source. Though no mod seemed to address this concern or even respond to it, except for one mod who possibly sent me a secret message when I addressed this concern over Japanese animation being associated with rule-breaking. He didn't address me directly, but made a reference to the show Dragon Ball Z. I believe this to be no less than the staff expressing their dissatisfaction with the lack of manly anime on /qa/, such DBZ, so I believe that for mods to be appeased we must post more pertaining to buff anime dudes and action. However, I don't want the transition to be too rough. So to start off, I'd like to try and have a thread about my favorite shonen, Sailor Moon.
