http://pastebin.com/1T8kaEjrIt's been a busy sort of week, not that I'm complaining, of course. Hell, I'm actually enjoying all of this work, I mean it isn't as exciting as fighting pirates, but hey it passes the time and it's a good way to work out stress, and forget how long I've been awake for anyways.
I sigh, and it turns to a yawn as I lean against the mop I'm cleaning the deck down with. The warm morning wind blows around me, making my duster and hair flutter around as I close my eyes, and just keep yawning.
I shake my head, well, I'm pretty sure I've gotten the deck spotless by now...even if everyone else is having breakfast right now. Probably should've gone with them, but I've been half gourged on fear since I stepped onto this boat, so I don't really have any reason to eat when I could be working. I sigh and lean over the railing as Serri makes another lap around the boat.
"Could go for some coffee though" I sigh, lifting my cap up as I stare out at the sea, and endless blue field, carrying on out yonder farther than my eyes can see.
And it's clearer than any water I've ever seen, calm to. though I could just be imagining it, or getting hopeful.
I tilt my head, and motion for Serri to stop moving, and the second the seaking does, the sound of water splashing and rolling around stops, leaving only the wind, and occasional bird crying in the distance.
What do I do?
[] wonder if this is the calm belt
[] get some coffee, and mingle with the other marines
[] Take a leave and get on serri, staying close to the ship of course
[] Peek over the edge of the railing
[]show my friends this
[] What's that on the horizon? 1d20+ perception
[] shrug, and work till Commander bellow drags me off to tell me something
[] mess with my shooters 1d100
[] get a little home sick
[] write in
