You are Kyril Torikov, and your sides hurt. Apparently you were much more injured than you thought. One lost kidney, several inches of your intestines, two ribs, and the nearly half of your abdomen had gone missing. That was what the doc had said when he was finished stabilising you. If you remembered correctly, Etzali did have some kind of disintegration ray, or something. It had been so far at the back of your mind that you had left yourself open. It worked. Whether it was worth it was another matter. Given the mess of machinery surrounding your and their near silent whirring, you couldn’t be sure. For the foreseeable future you were going to be hooked up until a more permanent solution could be implemented.

Bedridden as you were, news and well wishes had filtered in. Mostly it was from Nayuta. Apparently the recording of Etzali’s final moments had been captured, edited, and spread loose on the wider web. You didn’t have to guess who was responsible for that. Those who had the technology savvy to catch a glimpse of it had been in awe, or at least that was what Nayuta had assured you. School District 10 had remained quiet, surprisingly enough. Again, Nayuta had commended you on your effort on having stabilised the district. Given that it was your money that was circulating the district it better damn well be stable. There was still the issue of how to deal with your now newfound fame though.

While your sunglasses stumped electronic facial recognition, it did little good against the Mk1 eyeball. You assumed that your boss, or your secretary, would eventually show up, to settle matters. Thus, as visiting hours started the first person to walk in through the doors surprised you. It was,

You lean on the door frame, then try to peer into the hallway. Across from you is Misri, who is sitting in her cell patiently. Kuvasz is in the cell on your right, and Vikker across from him. And Whisper is next door to Misri as well. This cell was maximum security too. Ray shields, turrets covering the hallways, more ray shields, getting out would be difficult.

You sigh, then slowly rest your head on the doorframe. You hope Lotte is okay. Never thought you’d think that again. “Misri.” You call over to Misri, and she looks at you, a bit depressed by the current situation. “Did you smuggle anything in?”

When one thinks of gods, one always thinks of Limbs. No town is complete without at least a small shrine of the disembodied hand, to which the passerby could give a quick prayer. The Priests of Limbs were known throughout the lands, easily recognized and adored by all the people for their works. To the other gods, Limbs was blessed. If a baby was born healthy, Limbs was thanked, when a sick cow made a full recovery, Limbs was praised. When a priest of Limbs came to town, a celebration was held, for with them was brought the gift of health.
When a man was given a gift, no one thanked Geve. Whenever someone continued to live, no praises were given to Maw. The other gods were Jealous of Limbs’ popularity, how people recognized its power and its gifts. It was not Limbs fault they were unknown to the world and they did not blame it for their lack of favor amongst the mortals, they simply wanted favor as well.
So some one hundred and twenty years ago the other gods went into the minds of mortals in major cities and gave them knowledge. Knowledge of their existence and power, of what they could do for them and what they wanted from the mortals. Churches were established and Priestly orders were made for each deity. Their goal: To travel the world doing the works of their god to both gain its favor and spread its name far and wide.
The Priests were raised in the churches from their sixth birthday until their twentieth. Trained and blessed by the gods to perform their miracles and spread the knowledge of their god. These priests set out on a pilgrimage to achieve this goal, to spread their god to the unfortunate, ignorant foreigners.

Welcome to A Song of Revenge and Gold: House Malroy Quest. In which you take the reins of a House of storied glorious past since Aegon’s Conquering, but whose fortunes have taken a turn for the worse in the doom that Robert’s Rebellion brought. Taking place in 284AC a year after the Rebellion has ended you are Brynden Malroy, second son to Lord Vamos Malroy and Lady Esemella Hayford and the last living heir to Steadhold and House Malroy.

House Malroy is a pre-genned House designed around the idea of a story within the Crownlands of a House fiercely loyal to the Targaryens and their attempts to live in this new world after Robert’s Rebellion. The new Lord Brynden Malroy is as well pre-genned but will take direction from the players in his ways and how he develops himself further. This Quest will be moderately more story driven than others of its kind, but the development of the House and her lands will take just as much importance.

If you’ve played one of the many Quests within the ASoIaF setting the rules of the SIFRP system should be known. I will be using the Game of Thrones edition, as well as a few of the expansions namely OOSP and a few house rules which will be explained as we come to them. If you have questions about how things work or why certain actions are taken I can explain them as we go along. In truth this is a learning experience for me as well.

Never let it be said you didn't try to pursue the diplomatic route. The two of you stare at one another. The cherubic blond's face is hard to read, but you can sense a tinge of frustration at the proceedings. If you're looking to preserve your relationship with him for the future, it may be best to let him pass now. On the other hand...

Your eyes flicker to the wide blade clapsed loosely in mailed fingers. Illithuvia. Your master's most potent tool. Even a fragment of its might could tip the scales in your struggle against the Magus, not to mention aid you in your fight against the Tyrant Wyrm. You're fuzzy on inheritance laws in the village but somehow you doubt Avasi will hand over the gleaming weapon on the basis of right. If your positions were reversed you wouldn't give the sword up for anything.

The rustling of wind through the heavy willow boughs around the blast zone draw your attention to Sylvia. Though Boand and Siperco have nearly passed from your line of sight, Sylvia stands toeing the border of the dead zone. Some inscrutable irritation flits across her features as she gives Avasi a once over.

Here, in this case, is the town of Odan's Harbour, up in the unforgiving north of Tenngaru. Until recently, this was a town in the grip of a crisis, a spate of animal attacks so severe that the town had been fortified with a ring of wooden spears. That was the first line of defence, suitable for keeping the wolves from the door and not much else. Still, with the malign god responsible for riling up the local wildlife put down, things should get back to normal soon enough.

Normal by their standards, you remind yourself as you glance back at the hastily assembled gallows, not yours. You're the outsider here, and it isn't your place to meddle in such affairs. No good can come of it, especially if you end up earning yourself a noose of your own.

Besides, you've got a letter to open. Turning the envelope over in your hands, you let your gaze fall upon the Nameless Temple's seal, stamped into a dribble of wax. Official business, then.

This had been the place you vividly remember sinking your teeth into an infuriatingly self-important man. This had been the place you discovered that no one knew who you were, the place you had sent your maid and Testament only for them to be caught up in a politician's scheme and locked away. Where that same scheme had lead to the blatant abduction and possible framing of another of your Testament, and where you had nearly died in a mineshaft cave in.

That last part wasn't strictly Carona's fault, but it was close enough in proximity that you felt perfectly comfortable lumping it on the pile of reasons you had to be bitter. Seemingly without fail, every encounter you had with this place had resulted in slight, injury, insult, or some piece of you being torn away by its spiteful maw.

Crimson eyes narrowed at the distant walls, the sound of your knights assembling somewhere further into the woods vaguely filtering into your ears, and you felt your teeth grit in a deepening scowl.

Was this what it was like to have enemies? This smouldering sensation buried in the pit of your stomach every time you laid eyes upon it. The stubborn and cemented feeling that you would never get along with something?

You are Captain SAMANTHA WELLINGS, a newly minted captain of the Centauri Accord!

Gullinbursti makes the FTL jump to the Accord colony of Eridani without incident, thankfully enough. However, you ARE carrying a couple dozen extra passengers, the crew of the ill fated Conveyor 5410, caught in the middle of a deal gone awry. Well, serves them right for dealing with pirates.

"That's not funny." You grumble as your uniform slowly begins to adjust to accommodate your new figure.

You are John Smith, only know male IS pilot, currently riding in a limousine to the Fairy Arms and Manufacturing Factory in western Washington. The comparatively short flight from LA to Seattle wasn't as pleasant as you would like. Rin could not stop laughing the entire time. She had that smug expression whenever she looked at you. Laura realizes Charlotte's words and begins to blush as she replies with a small, “Yes.”

“Maybe, we should do that again. It's nice being able to get your opinion.” Charlotte says with a teasing smile.
