Going to Ocala Comic Con in Florida. About two weeks away. Haven't heard anything about it though so I'm not sure how small it is or what it's like.

I went to Kinyoobi con a couple of years ago and it was pretty dumb...it felt just like a generic meeting of a college anime club and it didn't help that karaoke was full of Destiny's Child songs. The "vendors room" was like 3 booths in the cafeteria that didn't sell much. I went to a panel and the moderator was like "let's get into small groups and discuss the pros and cons of different kinds of gaming consoles" umm...no thank you. Also, having Robert Axelrod as the sole guest each year got old 100 years ago. That scared me off for a few years, but looking at it now, they seem to have done two things right: get out of school and get out of Hayward. Also they have a couple more guests. I guess they had to start somewhere.

I'm writing an article about the Baby/Sana/Rosaire debacle, but I'm a bit late to the party; it's hard to find any information still live on the web. I'd be extremely appreciative if anyone who has any information, screenshots, etc. could dump them here.

To clarify, I'm far more interested in instances of negligence towards international customers, and Sana in general, than I am about Rosaire.

>>6908519 Thank you! (It's probably very obvious I am not a regular, but this seems to be the best place to get information)
>>6908522 Not a problem. These posts might also be helpful. They were linked in the now deleted GTFO as well (Googe cache link in the current thread.)

>>6908520 Same here. I find Baby's attitude of "we don't even need you international customers! You should be GLAD we bother to cater to you" attitude the most appalling thing in this debacle. there's a cap somewhere in the archive where Tocca's friend repeats this line.

>>6890630 I don't really think there's anything else to be said that hasn't been said already: foreign customers are being disrespected and it's giving BTSSB a very bad image. However, questions still remain! Just how much of a bitch is this Aoki lady? Just how innocent is Rosaire? Will BTSSB do anything about this?
Find out now on /cgl/!

>>6904751 >the person who worked the foreign shipping before was quite aggressive too And it has already come out that Tocco is only an occasional worker at Baby, and several people use the "sana" email address, so Tocco is probably not a gaijin-hater who blacklists everyone who looks at her sideways. Tocco's friend said she was not the one manning the email address during shoe-gate

dangan ronpa cosplay thread? i didn't see one up currently. particularly interested in cosplays of sakura. i'm an amateur female weight lifter and thought she would be a good chance to cosplay someone who i actually sort of resemble.

>>6862761 The difference between HSG and the threads you mentioned (britfag/taobao/btb/makeup) is that the latter are all general, open, highly helpful threads that anyone can visit and use for any purpose. Fandom-specific threads, aside from Homestuck, do not get repeatedly posted over and over.

Greetings seagulls! I know this may be off topic but you guys are my last hope! I am trying to find the artist who made the button and key chain of both characters from Gintama. I purchased these items from Anime Boston's artist alley this year. So far I have commented on the AA thread and posted on the AB forum but no luck so far. I would really appreciate if someone has any clues as to who the artist is and if they have a site. Many thanks!
