Recently: You are not a princess. You defeated Hornbeams hastily assembled attack on Lace Point. You've become aware of his plans, and decided he can wait.

General rules:

There is a 10 minute voting period after each post. Non-contradictory votes will be combined as best as possible.

Write-ins for all votes or always welcome and encouraged. They may not all make it into the post or be altered to fit in, but I'll do my best to at least try to address the spirit of the write-in.

Very important or contentious votes may be redone in a stricter voting system as it comes up.

Combat involves rolls! Once there's a clear winner, we roll for the move accuracy/crit/secondary effect. Usually it's just a 1d100. Sometimes you can get a modifier to make a move more/less accurate, so be creative! Add flair, do tricks with moves, mess with terrain, whatever!

Call me out on a mistake and receive an apology butt or suggestive picture.

Once upon a time, you and everyone you live with were all at home together, plus a best friend or significant other of yours. Suddenly, a magical vortex opens and sucks all of you into another world. Due to your Traditional Games Knowledge, you recognize this world to be that of the TRPG you most frequently play. Of course, you also realize, if you all remain effectively NPCs you won't last. Thus, you and your family, friends, roommates, significant others, and/or etc, take on adventuring classes according to this world.

Behind him, the tunnel the crystalline Construct charged you from—there's myriad doors lining the walls of that hallway, but you've elected to wait before moving to avoid triggering any traps. The spiral staircase circles the Inner Sanctum wall, leading upward as high as you can see; from above, there's a distant, echoic sound of metal scratching on glass, rhythmic like footsteps.

“I'm gonna have to log for about two minutes here.” Andor says. “I'll be back, though.”

“My weapons aren't really doing much of anything.” Nel says, nervously.

“I see.” Dorian scoffs. “You're going to crawl away now that you've got your prize?”

“S-shut up! I didn't say I wanted to leave!” Nel turns, reaching for his blades. “I'll...”

“You'll what?” Dorian folds his arms.

Hear ye, hear ye. I hereby call to order this meeting of the most illustrious Mages' Guild! Now, I know you all have been on mandatory vacation for the past week, but time is up. You all have classes to run and research to get back to. Now, for our first order of business, I expect our beurocramancers to be finished with the paper work to get the employee vacation time tax breaks finished by fifteen minutes ago! And gods help you lot if they aren't signed and turned in to the kingdom tomorrow. Next up, it has come to my attention that you have all been up to a lot in your free time. Good job, now stop parking all your fancy new airships and whatnot on our lawn. Even if our lawn is a swamp. Hells, you had a garage made expressly for the purpose of housing them all, now use it. For our final order of business, I expect each of you to mention something about your vacation, or at least lie and say you did, or we wont be eligible for the employee satisfaction exemption. Now go on and get to it, you are all burning time just listening to me ramble at this point!

Welcome to the Mage's Guild. To play, just come up with an idea for a character and join in the conversations. Many of us have been around for a long time, but don't let it deter you, we welcome all newcomers! Your wizard is completely up to you, and so is her power level, from apprentice to master(although supremely powerful wizards are kinda lame). Conflicts are resolved with d20s when needed.
