>>90536290Yeah, some came in after being a bartender for 10 years or so, and they could work the frontend and deal with customers but had no idea of the backend of the business, ordering, staff management etc. I felt sorrier for those guys normally, they were usually better at managing staff.
Others came in with literally zero experience in hospitality at all, and one of those was a real asshole.
As far as I can tell though, the business model of the brewery was kinda predatory, constantly sucking in new franchisees with promises of good returns then sucking them dry with rent.
