Does anyone have the .mobi or .epub for the digital Tau Empire codex handy? I have the .pdf that's been floating around all over the place, but I can't get the the table of contents/bookmarks from the PDF to carry over when I use Calibre to convert it to an .epub to put on my tablet. I'd love to get a copy of the .epub or the .mobi (seems like most of the digital books I've picked up from here are mobis, but they're easy enough to convert to epub) so I can toss it on my tablet and have an easy way to move about to find the section I need (other than searching the PDF, takes too long on my tablet)
