>>28842127>I haven't even bought models, I'm new to everything ;-;There's a lot of revision that goes into drafting lists. I can't tell you how many times I've revised lists, thought they were good, posted it on /tg/ and then gone back and revised again.
>would it be better to give him a grav pistol? I want to make the guy viable but not indulge the meta so much by giving him the Shield Eternal.Personally, I wouldn't bother with either relic. But if you're taking Teeth of Terra, then you really should take either Shield Eternal or a Combat Shield. Taking a pistol is spending points on getting better at shooting, but your relic makes you better at melee; and you can't do both. Maybe it's because I'm an Eldar player, but I feel like every unit should be geared out for a particular role. Otherwise you're spending points on things that conflict with one another, and some of your points are going to waste.
>I have the intent of sticking the other two spave marine squads in the Stormraven and Land Raider actually. That's a lot of points to spend on a transport. I know Space Marines are expensive, but 200 points just seems like a lot to me. For comparison, I can take a Wraithknight for 240 points. And it can pop your Land Raider from 36" before you can even shoot back.
>I know, only other option are to drop something and replace it with the stalker or hunter, and to be honest I really don't like those tanks to well for some reason,They're very specialized. They're cheap tanks for one purpose: anti-air. If you don't like them, you can also take an Aegis Defense Line with a Quad-Gun for just a few points more. That not only gives you skyfire, but also gives at least one tactical squad some cover to set up camp in.
>I'm split between the IF tactics, the Salamander TacticsIf you're going Salamander, then you should rework your list and load up on melta and flamers. Imperial Fists seems more in line with your current list.
