1500 points - army must be fully painted

So I set about putting together a small model count WoC army

I just finished assembling my last skullcrusher, I'll be playtesting my list tomorrow

Any critiques?

Exalted Champion of Khorne - Halberd, shield, soul feeder, juggernaut.

2 Chariots of Khorne

5 Marauder Horsemen - Shields.

2x5 Chaos Warhounds - Vanguard.

Chimera - Flame breath, regen

5 Knights of Khorne - Champion and Standard Bearer, Banner of Swiftness

4 Skull Crushers of Khorne - Champion and Standard Beater, Banner of Discipline

Depending how things go, I might drop a skull crusher and the marauder horse in exchange for a small block of Marauder infantry to break steadfast, but only if play-testing shows this army to be broken

I don't think I'll need the ranks because I'll be so fast and hard-hitting I'll be able to bully units that won't be able to maintain steadfast and take out all those types of smaller units first, then combo charge everything into the enemies' blocks 1 at a time

In a pre-thread we have already created our side, and the game begins a few dozen turns into this side being popped within its city of origin. Without further ado, Erfworld Quest.

As the turn begins and the Sun hangs over the sky a figure comes running toward the city. His or her sandaled feet and high rate of movement mark him as one of the Chapar, the messenger Units that bring scout and carry information for your forces. He or she is running along one of the designated routes that have been set up to bring messages from the borders of an expanding empire, and without so much as pausing for breath the lone scout passes through Hex after Hex until arriving at the City Garrison. As the scout arrives with word from the Northeast you proceed to head down to meet with the messenger, having yet to demote the Unit to Garrison so that Hexes within your city do not count toward its Move for the turn.

You are Shah Shanq, ruler of Parsnia, and a new Turn has dawned for your glorious Empire. Granted, your Empire is only about thirty turns old to begin with, but who is counting right? You pass by units of drilling troops and make your way down to where the scout is, making sure that all of your Units salute the glory that is your person, splendid in Signamancy, as you pass by. Yes, salute Units, salute.

As you arrive the Chapar has waited patiently for you, white mask peering from beneath a scouting cloak. Upon your signal the scout reports, first going through all of the proper proceedings that you have schooled her on, especially the ones you made up recently. From her voice you now know that she is a she.

So... do we have scans of this yet? Looking for the mechanicus rules from it.
