I'm fairly new to Pathfinder, and I love hearing what other people have done in their campaigns.

Welcome, boys and girls, to your Sunday edition of Iron and Hate Quest, with your ever-so-slightly-hung-over QM, Page!

You are Lord William Bordain, Lord of Morderengrad and the Norther Valley. Some call you the Iron Lord, as your wealth flows from the arms and armor you sell, and your demeanor is as unflinching and cold as castle-forged steel. Those who oppose you are forged into your next weapons, or crushed and tossed to the winds.

Two years you brooded on the slaying of the Targaryen children, the deed that won you your Lordship, while your lands fell to bandits and saboteurs. Within the last two seasons, you have quelled these troubles, and made your lands safe again. You are betrothed to the Lady Alyssa Tollett, and will one day be Lord of Grey Glen in addition to your other holdings.

Having recently uncovered and defeated a plot against you by servants in a nearby House, You've turned your eye to a more prolonged campaign: your wedding to Alyssa Tollett. Having accidentally thrown the grandest wedding not directly involving a royal family in the last thirty years, you found yourself besieged with well-wishers from around the Seven Kingdoms, with the King himself at your wedding. You visited by your one-time teacher Tywin Lannister, who presented you with a terrifying mission: To make yourself the Hand of the King, whether officially or by proxy.

Since then, you have attempted to reconnect with your sister, lost in the joust to Willas Tyrell, and had one of your men poisoned by Oberyn Martell, though he healed swiftly from your Maester's aid, and actually defeated Willas Tyrell the next day.

You are currently in your solar, with your fiancée Alyssa Tollett, and your Maester, Arban, as he mixes you a light tincture to ensure you recover quickly from your beating the day before.

Only one day remains in the tournament, the Grand Melee, then your wedding.

Eden in Ruins is a postapocalyptic setting where a disease has killed off 90% of humanity. The remaining humans are resistant to Pathogen Eden so it usually doesn't flat out kill them, instead when they reach the age of 18 years old the change in hormones sets off a chain reaction wihin the person's body turning them into a horrible psychotic mutant.

You can survive Eden if you're a child, have taken a drug called purity to nueter yourself (and destroy your sex drive,) or if you've taken Synthetic Antibodies to boost your immunes system. You can also just wear a protective suit to keep the Eden from infecting you.

It's been 50 years since the end of the world and humanity is trying to pick up the pieces, we were pretty advanced before Innocence Fell Upon the World, we had robots, advanced solar power, AI and all sorts of cool stuff.

Now the world is in ruins, mutants are everywhere and Xenoformers slowly change the landscape into a strange alien place.

>Give this one basically immunity to magic to give the melee fighters spotlight
>Spellcaster enters the fight first and blasts an a bunch of lightning right at the guy
>Say, "The knight in grey holds up an unholy symbol of his deity, and the magic is immediately nullified."
>Player glares at me with a look of sheer loathing as he figures out what is going on
>Game proceeds to grind to a COMPLETE halt
>Player bitching at me about how I'm making the fair unfair by completely nullifying his mage in combat
>Point out that he could still help if he used a utility spell or buff on the fighters
>He glares at me some more as he states he has no such spells and didn't want to do that
>Game proceeds to go like this for an hour as we argue on and off while the other players either take my side or stay out of it
>People start going home
>Game completely fucking ruined
>Two other players quit because they don't like drama, kick the guy who started this out because fuck him
>Have three people left

I hate everything.

/tg/, i have to ask, i know the Codex: Iyanden thing is a bit of a WTF (2 eldar codexes released at once, and one is but an add on that costs the same...) and we all have a favorite we'd like to see released as well (even if it's Codex: Exodites) that just got backseated.

at least eldar are now a segment faction, eh?
