Preorders for this just dropped like two hours ago. I've been reading through the PDF and have some thoughts:
They kept a lot of the good elements of the 2d20 system while introducing depth that will please those who like tracking every little thing. They have full rules for modifying weapons and armor, crafting, scavenging, and so on.
They unfortunately made the default setting the Commonwealth, i.e. Fallout IV. Not a huge deal to set it elsewhere, I suppose.
There are no Intelligent Deathclaws. My first goal will be to homebrew them in.
I can post some pictures of tables and what not if people want, but I don't want to straight up post the PDF since Modiphius lurks in threads for their other IPs and has on more than one occasion had links/etc. pulled. Maybe someone will upload it to the share thread soon.
