For robots, constructs are your answer. Take a look into Forgeborn and Magicmade for tables upon tables of options to build robots of every shape and size that can do just about anything you want from robots and droids. False Lives also contains some constructs that'll work too. You really can't go wrong with constructs
There are also the Reen, they are scouts from a technilogically advanced alien world sent to search the universe for a suitable home for their creators because the Demon Lord fucked their planet up. They've trying to build a Stargate out of meat and machinery so their creators can conquer the planet. Their creators have laser rifles. You can read more about this in the Monstrous Page called From Beyond this World
As for alien enemies, demons, monsters, and some faeries and devils work here
Demons can be basically anything you want, they can have any form you can think of and the custom creation rules in The Hunger in the Void gives you options upon options for this. You can really just go nuts here, there isn't anything that doesn't work when making a demon.
Monsters are more often combinations of animals, which is a great fit for a lot of sci-fi stuff. Of Monstrous Mien is the book with all the custom tables that'll help you make all sorts of weird wildlife to fill planets with
Faeries and Devils will require just picking and choosing what you want, this is mostly personal preference so it's hard to give much direction but Terrible Beauty, and Wee Folk have a good deal of faeries, and Exquisite Agony has the devils
Everything else works more or less too, undead might be the hardest to fit in but sci-fi has space for everything really
All books in the trove linked in the OP, and I can't think of any totally new mechanics you'd need, professions and challenge rolls cover the rest. I'll add more if something obvious comes to me. Again, if it's hard sci-fi you're after you won't get that from a system not build for it
