a web browser is just a web browser, not an entire fucking oeprating system. all you need is userscripts, stylesheets and an adblocker, none of which have any reason to be a browser extension/plugin.
QuteBrowser natively supports userscripts via it's integral impliementation of tampermonkey (eg 4chanx)
it supports user stylesheets by just dropping them into the config folders
it has a built in adblock and if you have a correctly configured DNS server, you shouldn't ever be seeing ads to begin with anywhere on your network.
>>94058882the thread literally states qutebrowser, not qbittorrent
>>94058584>Why isn't this used more?because qtwebengine is very old and QB's implimentation is even older. in fact, there are many websites that actually will not render correctly in QB because of how outdated its engine is. Not that those sites are worth using, mind you, but it is still fundamentally a drawback.
