They have a problem with Pyg, not with Kobold.
They banned with word PygmalionAI which should have effected ooba, but because ooba doesn't use the official model names in his code he got missed by the ban.

Meanwhile Kobold itself is totally fine on colab, and can be used with models such as Pygway.

Im currently using a HP laptop with a NVIDIA GPU that is not being used by the laptop.
I've looked through Device Manager, task manager and sees that it recognises the GPU is there, just that it is not being used. But when I look at the NVIDIA control panel, I cannot use the NVIDIA graphics card for my screen.
The graphics card is not physically damaged and I have reinstalled the drivers (cause updating didn't fix my problem).
Any advice please?
