Even then, I would not let someone who has sexually abused children into my life, even if God has forgiven him, because I individually would not trust them to not commit again, as I do not have the godly knowledge that they have truly repented. Loving the same sex as you does not correlate to harm against another, and people of any sexuality can be pedophiles.
