>>88517972Remember how pro-gamers move away from mouse and start using keyboard shortcuts more, then end up with pre-programmed keys on keyboards? Even when they use a fancy mouse it always ends up with more keys on the mouse like a keyboard.
Everything I have seen so called advanced Linux usage is just that. You tend to use keyboard shortcuts for everything.
That way your brain computer link has higher bandwidth than a mouse. A mouse can only click one place, and with gestures perhaps can do 3 things in a place. But a keyboard shortcut makes you specify something more complex than point to point interaction
Vim is just way to have a faster connection from your brain to your editor. Other than that it is just a clone vs-code but with different keybindings to affect everything about the user experience.
