Is this war with Iran? Disabling systems is usually done as a precursor to offensive actions, but this seems to be something else.

SSD speed is slowly creeping up to ram speed, PCIE4 SSDs are as fast as DDR3 ram.

Do you think we'll reach a point where dedicated ram, at least in the normie consumer space can be phased out by allocating some of your SSD storage as ram?

Freelance on Fiverr?

No.86904768 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Hey /g/uys, just wondering if anyone has any experience doing freelance programming on sites like fiverr. Recently picked up python and I really like it so I figured I'd make some beer money and get practice by programming on the side. Browsing their offerings I see a lot of "simple scripts and tasks" listings for like $50 a piece and I'm wondering what exactly that entails. Are these sellers just slapping a few functions into a .py file and sending it to the buyer or is it more labor intensive?
