I need tech support help.

How do I completely remove all traces of a plug and play device on Windows 7? My Audioengine D1 DAC fails to be recognised on my desktop, despite working perfectly on my Windows laptop and Macbook Pro. The thing is, it was actually wroking yesterday before I unplugged it, but now it's just saying 'USB Device Not Recognised'.

There are no drivers to delete as far as I can tell, so I am really quite stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
Before anyone refers me to the sticky, I've helped out all the time where I can on here, so I think I'm entitled to a question here and there.
