Not even an apple shill but how does apple notebooks render fonts so well and high ppi displays while having 5+ hours of battery duration?

Is it because of OSX's lightweightness or just the downclocking/undervolting they set up on the hardware?

This is fucking disgusting.

University forcing me to use this stupid fucking browser. It's extremely flawed (i.e. you could have permanent restrictions on your system). Technically it's a virus.

Unfortunately for me I still have to take exams, so I just installed it on my ThinkPad (it won't run in a VM), however every time I run it I get an error: "The browser cannot be used with Fast User Switching enabled. There will be a delay before the browser can be used again."

I've waited hours after using the Group Policy to disable the user switching feature in Windows 7 Pro and it still gives me this error.

Am I going to have to deal with a failed exam (due today), or is there something I can do?
