4chan archive script?

No.46580426 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Are there any browser scripts, add-ons or extensions that allow for image/webm expansion on any of the 4chan archiving sites? I mean like on these two sites:

http://archive.moe
http://archive.rebeccablacktech.com

I just hate how every single image in a thread has to open up in a new tab/window

Also, I used to use 4chan X (before it got all fucked up and the native extension took its place), and it used to automatically link to said archives when you clicked on a quote that linked to a dead post. This is a feature the native extension lacks. Is there any way I can keep the native extension and still automatically be redirected to the archive sites when I click a 404'd quote link?

LFS/gentoo questions

No.46802230 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Time for a LFS/Linux general questions thread.

So, I've got a few of questions:

1) can you techinally build your own Linux distro off of this? If not, how can I build my own distro? Or better: what determines a distro?

2) does LFS only consist of a kernel (because isnt the base system of Linux is only a kernel)?

3) If you build your own system from LFS, would you have to use another distro's repositories (if that's even possible) to download software or do you have to download (with something like wget) the package and extract it to your system manually (or compile it from source)?

Do you use Emacs or a different lisp-based editor?
What was your first experience with lisp?
What have you made in lisp?
What is your favorite Lisp program?
What do you like about Lisp?
How do you think Lisp is (one of) the superior programming language(s)?
How long have you been programming in Lisp?
What are your favorite Lisp resources? Please share, preferably links!
Is Lisp your main programming language or not? Regardless, what do you primarily use it for?
What would you like to see in the Lisp general?
What was your favorite aspect of the Lisp machines?
Do you think we'll ever get something similar to the LispMs again?
What is your preferred method of documenting your code?
In the dialects that allow it, do you make many reader macros or not?
Do you use more than one dialect? What are they and which do you prefer?
What do you consider the criteria for what constitutes a Lisp to be?
What is your favorite function in your chosen dialect(s)?

I recently acquired a Pentium 133MHz machine complete and working, save for a hard drive. The smallest IDE hard drives I have are 80GB, which is too large for the old motherboard to recognize.

Where can I find a hard drive that is IDE, small enough for it to recognize (32GB or smaller) and won't cost an unreasonable amount of money?

I have refreshed and restarted mt pc and still the same error
anyone know how to make this work?
