>Security advice: Protect your identity before downloading torrents!
Your real identity and ip address is visible while downloading torrents. BitTorrent isn't the quiet safe haven it once was. These days, everyone's looking to throttle your connection, spy on what you're downloading, or even send you an ominous letter. If you use BitTorrent, you absolutely need to take precautions to hide your identity. The only reliable service we can recommend is hide.me VPN. hide.me doesn't store any logs and offers a blazing fast connection.
Trusted by more than 500.000 internet users worldwide and recommended by KickassTorrents and Torrentfreak.
Just got this advice from KickassTorrents, what does /g/ think about it?

I'm still kind of a new programmer.
But how do I start contributing to open-source projects? Where can I get real world practice like that?
I also only really know c++

Why does 60hz on a CRT look and feel better (in games) than 60hz on a LCD/LED?
I played a few matches of CSS on a generic 23inch HP LED 1920x1080@60hz and then switched to my ViewSonic A70f+ 1280x960@60hz and it definitely felt smoother. Is it really just the 0 input lag of CRT? Because it feels like there is more to it than that.
