Are there really going to be enough of these people to ever justify making and enforcing a rule against them?I agree that adults are a minority in this, but no ban makes everyone happy, and obviously banning skateboards is entirely different than banning kids with skateboards, as that would imply that every time someone isn't clearly a kid a decision must be made to establish if a skateboarder is part of the problematic group, and that would be way more problematic that just banning skateboards in the store.
Also if I don't ban it for everyone, there will always be people crying ''why him yes and me no?''
