build quality and customer support is gonna be the only big difference between brands. and price, of course. these are pretty easy to look up.

As much as I love Android, you are pretty safe with iOS as long as you don't use Apple's cloud.

Think of obvious things first. Disable siri. Don't use iCloud Keychain. Don't use iCloud back up.

Holy shit it's made leaps and bounds since I last played. I can now call it a game rather than a "proof of concept". It still runs fast as hell, too.
