Allowed content:

Not allowed:

Why MaidQR Cards?
>so you can share Maid Cards indirectly, without using ugly links or getting into disputes about what constitutes 'embedding' (assuming QR codes are acceptable)

>to get Maids started without needing specialized software
>so that jannies can inspect cards with standard QR reading tech if they want to

QR codes are generally recognized as LINKS, not embeddings. If you're a janny and disagree with QR codes please put a message to that extent in a warning.
