That wouldn't work. you have to rename the gif to jpg but change the file heading in a way to fool 4chan into thinking it's the wrong mime type.

Exactly, information isn't there, so you can't actually determine that the graph fails the vertical line test.

Remember in school how angles couldn't be assumed to be right-angles unless they had the little box in the corner? Same concept.

The scale of the x axis is not listed. The period of time that you're looking at could be as long as a year (or a month) and the sharp rise or fall compressed to that scale (where 1 year or 1 month takes up 3 pixels) looks vertical, but climbs the entire distance in those 3 pixels. If you blew the chart up (or looked at the 'original'), you might see a very steep gradation lasting like 1 day and finishing on the other side. Reducing the image to the size it is now and saving it would lose the detail of that gradation.

Just disconnect the power, discharge yourself to get rid of static which could fuck things over. Get a can of compressed air, some cotton buds, and some isopropyl alcohol. Might want to get some electrical tape also for any sharp edges inside the machine which you could catch yourself on. Air dust the fans and components, use the cotton buds to remove dust from difficult to reach places and use the alcohol to remove old thermal paste to replace with new thermal paste.

I usually do a full clean bi-monthly, a note also, keep your room clean and free from dust. Dirty room = dirty machine.

I showed him OPHcrack since he wondered how I got my dad's local passwords when I showed him I knew how (I was ~15 and didn't have my own computer, it was the only one in the house at the time). He wanted me to make him a copy. It's midnight, he literally decides to call a bunch of his friends to brag. In a really tense voice, no exaggeration, says "Dude... I just learned how to hack the ENTIRE mainframe of a computer!"

It was priceless, his facial expression and voice, you'd think he just discovered a national conspiracy. Nope, just "hacked the entire mainframe" (cracked local SAM files on XP). LOL

High end laptop vs Low end computer

What would people say is better... A high end laptop that has been well defined but lacks the ability to customise the components. Or a low end computer that you can customised to your hearts content but is not as powerful as the high end laptop.

If it can be customised then why not just replace the low end parts for high end parts to match or exceed the laptop.

The only time you need a laptop is when you need to be mobile.

Laptop, it's portable, has built in peripherals, a battery, and a modern one has sufficient computing power for any normal task.

If your job requires a high end machine or you're a gamer then go ahead and get a desktop. Otherwise a laptop is always more useful.

Well if the PC isn't as good as the laptop why would you buy it? The Laptop you can attach a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for a desktop. Unplug it for on the go.

If you're going to just be showing images, PowerPoint. Else if you just require a transition of images and maybe some music then Movie Maker. If you want something which doesn't include you and focuses just on the images then the other two would do fine.
