I bought a Thinkpad E16 to test out with the highest res screen they have 2560x1600, and it looks like shit compared to the Macbook Air 15's screen. Why do most manufacturers have absolutely shit screens other than Apple and Dell (if you upgrade to nice OLED configs)? It's literally the most important part of a laptop. It makes me nauseous that you guys are still buying shitpads from 10 years ago with 200 nit 1366x768 screens because of le expandable storage and RAM.

This mouse was so bad I can't help but believe that the next one will be legit good out of sheer Apple butthurt.

I hope Apple hasn't gone completely Reddit yet and, in the spirit of Jobs, continue to force people to charge the mouse via the underside in order to prevent neckbeards from using it in an ugly way (corded). A charge lasts for literally months. It's a non-issue and brings us one step closer to cordless utopia.

Gay shit aside, the biggest issue with the mouse is the ergonomics. It's objectively bad. The edges are sharp and the bulge is not bulging enough. It's simply too rough to work with and your hand might even start to hurt after a while. Here I would like to see Apple make one casual mouse (basically what we have now) and one "Pro" version that's at least as good as the top tier gaming and productivity mice on the market.

Not sure, there were some attempts of them turning this into a working thing for later versions as well, if I remember correctly. But Apple, apparantly on purpose, started shuffling those graphics assets around, only to fuck with themes. That lead to some minor autistic shitstorm in that community and the project got stomped. I remember the drama: People bought licenses for Flavours and the next day they stopped developing it, that's why this was a thing people talked about.

I didn't find it there anymore, as all links expired. Found it on some other site, which advertises itself (a behaviour which is not welcomed in the scene) in the installer bundle. Gonna upload it right now.

The modifications I have in my systems are custom, though. I use GIMP, PS and ThemeEngine and all that shit in order to modify them. For example the close window button is purple in some of my VMs. Because FUCK RED LIGHTS.

It's incredibly fun to mess around here, people are always perplexed when they see my shit. They always look like they're thinking
