After the failures of Saban's Masked Rider and Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, does /m/ think there will ever be an Americanized Rider series that will actually be popular? We all know Toei wants it to happen.

Saban's Masked Rider was a trainwreck (although the crossover arc in MMPR was fun to watch at least) and while Dragon Knight had all the ingredients for a decent action show, I think they really drop the ball on it.

What would it take to make a good American Rider series?

Hey /m/ I've been looking to get into mech animes and I could use some suggestions. I'll take the most entry level suggestions.

So after completing all of UC i went on CE and started watching Destiny this week. Currently on ep 10 and in looks ok to be honest. IMO, it's actually better than the first eps from SEED. I liked how they decide to include the begining of the conflict within the series, unlike other gundam tv series where is just like "there's a war, get in the cockpit" from the begining. When is this gonna turn in the unforgivable piece of shit everybody speaks of?
Also, how in the hell were people stupid enough to think Shinn was the MC just because large picture on the Op and the blue-white gundam? I´ve read people here discussing how he lost the spotlight in the final eps thanks to kira, but it seems very clear than since the beginning they had no plans for him to be anything than a skilled pilot with a gundam, just look at the short screentime he gets and so far his presence in the battlefield hasn't been that important as it has been with gundam MC´s

How will would Gundams perform in Macrossverse and Variable Fighters perform in Gundamverse?
