>>37053960It was weird, because despite a writefag resurgence, it'd get to the point where I'd have to bump it 20-30 times a day just for the thread to be up when the writefags were posting (which was mostly after midnight US time), and then some youtubenigger found and widely publicized r/fluffies and the booru died, and so suddenly fluffy migrated to reddit. I think it didn't help that the content trends on 4chan (and even on the booru) were pretty heavily weighted away from abuse before the death of the booru, which upset abusefags who didn't contribute, just consumed, and r/fluffies was also a 'hugboxer space', so I think a number of the content creators migrated to r/fluffies instead of suffering the REEEEEEEEing of the last of the 4chan abusefags while they endlessly bumped the threads. I had capped off my stories and while I still had story ideas, it was easy to just let the sit when I'd go there and not find any threads. It just wasn't worth the effort of bumping a thread all damn day on my phone so I could post a story update just before bed and then only have a 50/50 chance of the thread still being up when I woke up 5 hours later, so I found something else to write about.
The pastebinapocalypse didn't help either.
