Just like that moment she struck Warsworn, she might just play along to appease Kindfang, not because she's loyal or trained. (Which is pretty much what we've been doing with her).
Not related to the post, but I think it's very likely Stonesong, Warsworn, and Kindfang share a stronger bond and relationship compared to the other amazons, from the hints we've been given.
Stonesong talked about favorites, and we've seen her interact with the two of them notably so far. Kindfang's suggestion to having fun with them specifically doesn't really seem to purely stem from the mayor just knowing them.
And of course, the biggest sign there is was the night we slept and woke up with them three. The Amazons might be prone to sharing and sleeping with those they're more close to. This is all just speculation so far though.
