>>23144270With her devotion and faith giving her strength, Gloria bravely reaches into the creature's maw and grips the handle. The creatures gives a sound, as if realizing something is wrong, and struggles against her. But it is no use: Gloria rips the handle out, it being the handle to Ashbringer, and the mighty blade slices the creature from the inside as it is freed. The creature's eyes stop glowing, and its body deflates to a skinnier, lankier appearance. There is only a slight 'death gurgle' from it as purple blood fills its mouth and floats motionlessly in the void.
>Ashbringer reacquiredThe Underworld employee that was with Gloria also floats nearby; unconscious, but still very much alive.
>>23144360"I'm so happy to hear you say that, Billy." The spirit says, a slight sniffle from...wherever the voice originates from.
"Well, the first thing you need is a nice base that floats real good. Like a log, or dead fish. Basically, if it floats, use it. No need to worry about the nicer details," the spirit explains, a hint of happiness in its voice, "now you also want it nice and wide. It floats better that way, and also gives you room to conga when you spot land." There is laughter, followed by faint 'haut cha chas' as the spirits sounds like it is congaing wherever it is.
"Oh right, ship building. Sorry Billy, but you know I love a good conga ever since my back went and couldn't limbo."
"Okay, and don't forget to put floaty bits around it to make it look like torpedoes. Boats never float if they don't have those torpedo thing-a-ma-jigs."
The spirit goes on to explain boatcraftery. Some of the information seems a little whacky and out there, but there is some sort of practical use for them.
Eventually, the spirit's voice begins to fade and he finishes his explanations and stories.
"Ahh, I'm glad to have spent this time Billy. I think I'll *yawn* take a small nap in the sun room. Goodnight." The voice echoes as the spirit fades away.
