Just bought Wild Arms the other day for 99 cents on the PSN, I then saw it a day later at bookmans for $5. I've played about an hour and this game is really good. Are the other games worth playing?

Wild Arms 2 has some of the best Puzzles and character BUT there's a few gamebreaking translation errors that make searching the world map harder. Game Informer did a very thorough walkthrough on the game that not only cover the world map segments, but also does a good job explaining the some of the gameplay Nuances. 3 is great, but the pacing is all over the place and it falls short compared to 2 in a lot of ways. You only ever have the 4 main characters, just so you don't get your hopes up. Also Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals for Super Nintendo. I can't find any connection between the makers of Wild Arms and these games, but the puzzles and graphics and battle system are all exactly like Wild Arms 1. The story's terrible, though

Just paid $166 for this baby -- of which 66 is shipping (yurop). Weren't these going for like $50 a year ago? This one is supposedly near mint and without any yellowing, suppose it's slightly more worth. Sucks having to import these to play NTSC, but oh man, this gonna be gudd, and ~700 games to choose from in one card will keep me going for a while. recent console purchases 'n quality / price thread?

Seeing that Dreamcast is /vr/ I'm putting this here. So, TMS is making a spiritual successor to Tiny Toons, seeing that it's uses the same plot (expys of Sega consoles get teached by Sega staff like Yu Suzuki (or Ex-Sega staff like Yuji Naka & Naoto Ohshima, both of which now run their own companies) as Tiny Toons (younger expys of the Looney Tunes cast get teached by the real Looney Tunes themselves). Who do you expect to see on this Sega staff wise, I expect Mega Drive to be trained by Yuji Naka.

>>1792169 Just to chip in about WHY it's so asinine to want RE4 in REmake: Think of Twin Snakes of GC. The environment is clearly designed for the mechanics of the PS1--no first person aiming, no hanging off rails. Doing these things in TS just made the game feel really awkward. You can't gracefully mix very new mechanics into traditional environments gracefully.
And fuck you--flailing around like a drunken tank driver as three crimson heads run at you from a part of the screen you see is half the fun, dammit.

Probably not the right thread, but better than making a new one. Is there any decent site where I can get repos? I mainly just want a Terranigma one so I can play it on my actual system in english. Better than dealing with some crazy setup for the PAL version.
