>Show up and oneitis is already drunk (had been drinking with her friends all day)
>Start talking to her and hitting it off
>She keeps hinting that she wants to hook up
>Too beta to make a move

>Notice fuccboi from my class is talking to her
>She's being flirty (really drunk)
>Has his hands all over her
>Start feeling angry
>Walk over
>Can tell she is starting to get more interested in him
>Instead of trying to win her I back off because I'm a fucking wimp
>Keep looking at them all night
>See them go upstairs
>Get uneasy feeling
>After 15 minutes I follow them upstairs and see one of the room doors is shut

>Pray to god that they're not doing what I think they're doing
>Stand around for like 5 minutes debating with myself
>Couldn't take it anymore so I open the door a crack

I need to thank you guys.

A year and a half ago I didn't know anything. Through time spent here and a little extra research myself I've learned an absolute ton about nutrition and lifting. Beneath all the shit on the surface you guys are alright.

But perhaps the one thing I never quite figured out, due to conflicting sources everywhere I look, is what pull-up / chin-up / grip width motion I should be using if I have to work on getting my lats to get bigger.

How about a civil discussion about it for once?

Fit, I have a tough question, that I dare say only a few of you can answer. What weightlifting exercises are more prone to injury? or better yet, what weightlifting exercises should be avoided? I always heard upright rows and dips have a high chance of causing shoulder impingement.
