Hey /fit/

I have a rather specific problem:
For four days I will be at a conference in
a foreign country. The food served there is prognosed to
be quite unhealthy...
I will have no possibility to cook and
only few to buy something from
a grocery store.
So my question is, what are /fit/ foods
that one can keep at room temperature
for 3-4 days.
I thought of nuts, dried fruit, boiled egg,
bread.

>2.5 Plate Squat 1RM
>Can barely bench 1 Plate BP

I don't know what to do anymore, my DL and Squat are outrageously high considering I've been lifting for a couple months, mainly due to playing soccer my entire life. But my BP is terrible to the point where I'm embarrassed to do them although I have a decent chest.

How do I progress on bench?
