Are there ANY ways to promote hairgrowth? Not looking for any miracle cure, as then MPB would be cured, but some tips etc to speed up the process, if there are any. 18 Years old, my moustache and chin beard is pretty strong and firm, however my cheeks have been blank for a few years lol, as if the process has slowed down.

I think progressive loading of weight is more important than any rep range bullshit
Prove me wrong, everyone I'e seen that's made it actually does programming, and basicaly says the same, or at least minimalizes the importance or rep range.

Eery week fag always seems to not try and add 2.5 lbs on each compound lift every session i notice as well
