Worst thing you've ever done

No.14352057 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
>ninth grade
>there's a sweet, pretty girl who had lost her legs in an accident and uses a wheelchair
>has very few friends due to her condition
>she's a fantastic artist
>my friends and I decide to prank her for shits and giggles
>I pretend I want to be her friend and she warms up to me immediately
>we start to hang out outside of school
>she takes me to her home one day to watch a movie
>I ask her if she can show me her portfolio (she was in the advanced art program in our school and needed to create fifty or so amazing art pieces to pass).
>during the movie, I say I need to go to the restroom
>retrieve the big ass scissors from my pocket, go into her room, and cut the bottom half of all of her art pieces off and trash them
>leave
>the next day, she rolls up to me in the middle of class, on the verge of crying, and asks me what happened to her art
>I said "I made them look like you."
>all my friends laugh heartily
>she rolls over to her table and just stares at her hands in her lap for the rest of the day

I'm 22 now and I beat myself up about it every day.

DNP Log Day 4

No.26956118 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
DNP Log Day 4: Alright, this is the first day I've really started to experience the usual suite of symptoms. Second day of 500mg (250mg x2 6 hours apart). Morning lifting session went fine, didn't have to stop short on anything, but I was absolutely breathing harder the entire time, and by the end my shirt was pretty soaked (I don't usually perspire too much). Additionally, while out and about shopping at Target, I found myself quite fatigued from the 30 mins of walking around. Every 10 minutes or so throughout the day, even if I'm just sitting, I feel like I need to have a big sigh, like it's been an especially busy/challenging day (but it hasn't). Urine is definitely turning more and more yellow by the day. Fortunately I am not perpetually sweating at this point, but we'll see how many days till that begins. Assuming all continues as planned, we have 3 more days of phase 2 (500mg), then the real heat comes at 750mg.

In other good news I have finally dialed in on the keto macro's very precisely, within 1-2% of perfect 65F/30P/5C every day for the last week. It's hard to hit 0.8P/lb while on a -500 deficit, while restricting protien to only 30% of overall intake as well. Shit is like Tetris trying to fit together all the right ratios. Carbs are easy to keep under 5%, if it wasn't for the daily can of V8 I would be at 5g or less a day.

How do you deal with adrenaline and confrontation?

No.26888290 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
This belong here because it is just as physical as it is mental.

When I'm in a situation where I'm being confronted and it feel like I'm being backed into a corner by a group of people, I'm pretty sure there is adrenaline going through me, my heart starts beating fast and my breathing picks up pace, my face starts going a bit red but when this happens I feel extremely physically weak.

It's like the feeling of being weak in the knees except I'm getting pumped up and my mind is angry and ready to fight but my body just sort of collapses into itself.

My question is how do make your body ready to fight instead of feeling weak and wanting to run away.. Is this normal? Other people don't seem to suffer with this, they just seem to be able to shape up extremely quick and be ready to fight.

Haven't gotten money for school yet.

About to run out of protein.

Thinking of going to Winn Dixie and stealing some.
