So I got a date on Sunday with some qt 3.14 at a restaurant. What do you guys do before a date? to enhance your body like doing push ups or lifting before to make your veins pop out and have your muscles pumped. I'm currently at 9% bodyfat and would like to know what to do to look better for the date.

have been taking the maximum recommended dose of a cycline antibiotic for 20+ weeks now, along with BP, which I've moved up to 10% twice a day now (after being recommended to begin on 2.5% once a day). my acne is still fucking awful.

I have a history of depression, so Accutane is out of the question.

am still 18, but figured my hormones would be decreasing by now. if anything, this shit is now spreading to my back and chest.

only thing I haven't really tried is cutting dairy, which I don't have much of anyway. does dairy make a huge difference?

Newbie /fit/izen here. You would think this is a question that would come up regularly, considering we're on 4chan after all, but apparently not. Is it really true that masturbation affects working out? I've tried finding info but it's just a bunch of different bullshit so I guessed I'd come to you guys. Additionally, does it have any other physical or even mental side effects?

Is this even remotely a good thing? I see the facial similarities, and we have similar DYEL builds (it's hard to be any bigger when you're a 20 year old recovering fatass).

I know this was meant as a compliment, but is it a good thing, by /fit/'s standards? Is his facial aesthetics applicable to a non-fag?

Alright, /fit/. I've slowly been building up my home setup by stealing shit from the nearest university gym. I've got a full set of plates, and five dumbbells so far, but I need a barbell and would really like a bench. They only have someone at the front desk. To get the plates, I wear a weight belt around my shoulders and hang the weight from my back, then put a baggy sweatshirt on to cover everything up. I dunno how the hell I can get a bench out, though. I'd also like to get the Smith machine, but I don't see that being possible. Any ideas?
