>Start repping 20kg/45lbs on single arm curls in a few months
>Don't really progress on them despite progressing on everything else
>Just a single set of curls exhaust me and fills my biceps with a stupid amount of blood and makes me feel like my arm is about to burst open

What the fuck is up with my arms and what can I do about it? No other muscle, including my triceps, has this issue.

No swimming, no biking, no running.

I was watching cringe master Mike O'Hearn podcast and he said that everything was in the nutrition, and cardio (especially running) was just shit for your ligaments anyways. As a warm up, he just does isometric moves.

Taking the roids out of the question, is he right about getting this definition just with the perfect nutrition and zero cardio?
Cardio is pretty much about burning calories, if you don't get the calories you don't have to do cardio.
