My right eye is very sensitive to sunlight now. I think since it was my dominant eye in the first place, maybe it was already the stronger eye, and now the focus training has made it a little too sensitive to sunlight and outdoors.
Also after looking at far away things, I can see perfectly sharp for the first 20 to 40 seconds or so before my left eye gets tired. It's still a lot more vivid and sharp than when I first started eye training, but I think my left eye just tires out faster at the extreme distances.
If I lose focus at distance due to staring at my phone screen, I can regain sharpness by focusing one eye at a time. When I open both eyes the image is clearer. If I do the eye focusing too often or for too long, my eyes can't do it anymore until I've had around an hour of rest. When I've slept all night, or have a 4 to 5 hour nap, my vision is the strongest, because the muscles have been resting for hours.
I haven't taken any supplements. My exercise routine has mostly consisted of cardio 15 miles a week at a 9:55 per mile.
I think the improved blood flow from the cardii probably also helped with bringing more blood to my eyes which probably helped improve my vision.
People with diabetes have poor blood flow everywhere and the sugar in their blood causes degenerative eye disease and they slowly lose vision. The regular cardio probably decreases my blood sugar so that probably helps with vision as well.
I can't wear my old glasses anymore cause they're way too strong, especially for my right eye.
Idk I've only been doing the eye training for a week now but very good results so far. I hope the side effects will go away as my eyes adjust to being stronger. I'm going to wear sunglasses when my eyes hurt from the bright sunlight sensitivity.
