Vision strengthening/ Eye muscles general

Squint maxing: squint to bring things into focus
Eye isolations: keep one eye closed and focus your other eye on different objects at different depths. Try and bring them into focus via squinting and relaxing the open eye. Challenge yourself by seeing faint objects that were blurry before. White on black or black on white is easiest.

When one eye gets tired of independent focusing, close that eye and switch to the other. Repeat as many times as you like.


As vision improves you can also try stargazing at night to see very faint stars with one eye, and then the next. Youre trying to improve sensitivity to faint light objects very far away. Again, train eyes separately so the strong eye doesn't do all the work.

When I first started doing this I noticed my left eye couldn't see for shit, wouldn't focus on far away objects at all. After training the eyes separately and together, I can see father away with no glasses now, than I could with glasses before.

BRB can see into someone's window from 5 km away with no binoculars. You can also try and focusing on far away objects during your runs to improve dynamic eye tracking or during sports like badminton. Again, try using one eye at a time. If each eye can do its job really well, when you have both open it literally makes your vision 100x stronger.

Also make sure you glance away from your monitor for a few seconds if your eyes get tired from focusing close.

This type of workout will help you in any sport because your eyes will get stronger and won't strain as easily at different distances. Also, object tracking helps in every sport, depth perception is extremely important irl.

Don't let one eye do all the work.

Seriously, take one look at this fat glob of shit, more chins than a Chinese phonebook. "Hurr durr let's close the gyms and all of the outdoors". He obviously doesn't respect his own health, why on Earth would he respect anyone else's. All I want to do is lift, I'm sick of calisthenics and cardio, I need to lift. I'm never voting for a fat person again. If you are fat, its 100% because you consistantly make poor decisions, you are gluttonous, you are greedy, and you are stupid. Any Ontario fags relate? I don't have enough room in my apartment for weights and equipment, I just want to shed the last few pounds of fat and be able to see my abs this summer, but cuntfaceDoug is just going to keep extending this stupid fucking lockdown.
