I'll have to make a 3k run in 12 min and train for that now, going running three times a week and training muscle endurance by doing pushups/pullups for amrap sets. I have a lot going on personaly right now but when I'll have some more free time I plan on doing /owg/ weightlifiting mon/wed/fri .
