Natty lifting is a joke and if you ever want to have a admirable physique you have to dabble with the juice. Its not even unhealthy for you. You almost never hear of people with long term damage from roids, and if you really are lifting heavy 3-5 times a week arguably its better for you to be enhanced or you'll risk not recovering.
