After about 1.5 months I started doing german volume on leg extension and hamstring curl because that was the only things that wouldnt hurt the ankle. Slowly got into the leg press and built back up to light squats and deads, until I got full range of motion back.
Get some leg work in, but take it easy brah, dont want to injure it more
