Anyone else inspired to try Oddlifting after watching Paul Bocian's cheat curl videos?

Here are the rules:
-120 pound dumbbell minimum
-One arm cheat curling, other arm holding on to a stationary object
-No straps
-No chalk
-No belt
-Wrist turned fully inward
-Final Destination

To earn a Junior Shield (first level of Oddlifting) you need to be able to cheat curl 12 total reps (split between both arms however you want) with 100 lb dumbbells.

I need a cheap-er barbell/bumper plates that will solidly last a few years (and won't go over 400lbs). I'll be going off to college next year and my pops will be using it for sometime after I'm gone, but he's 50 so he's not going very heavy anyways (probably only do bench and squat). Any deals?

hey guys, checkout my idea for a company:

A clothing brand that’ll specialize in making American related clothing, and will be sold throughout the world, in its own stores as well as typical general stores.

People buy American related clothing, but not from a widely known single name brand, you know. So I believe that's something that hasn't been explored yet.

The brand will design clothing for every demographic on the planet, as well as create its own innovative styles of fashion. The brand’s ultimate goal is to sell more products outside USA than in its own country.


One of my worries is longevity. You know, it very well could be a thing that'll last for about 10 years or so and fade away.

how do i get over the psychological barrier about getting fat when bulking?

pic related is me. im still too chunky for my liking but ive lost about 25lb to escape fatass fat mode.

im lifting heavy while trying to bulk but cant progress on my lifts. obviously im not eating enough.

because im so nervous about becoming obese again im terrified of bulking hard, by trying to slow bulk i always fail to increase my lifts.

what the fuck do i do?
should i give up on bulking?

im one week into my bulk and already feel like a fat fuck.
