The descendants of Iksvaku were kshatriyas, that's why the Buddha is described as a prince in his early life, he wasn't exactly a royal but he definitely was a kshatriya. To say that the Buddha was a member of the Sลซryavaแนลa dynasty but that he wasn't of high caste is contradictory, even if we understand that caste wasn't as rigid in North-Eastern India as it was in the North-West.
I don't agree with the notion that the Buddha was a Scythian, but I think you are heavily overcorrecting by going to the other extreme of claiming that the Buddha has no relationship to the IndoAryans or that he wasn't of high caste.
