The Xianbei Tuoba married their own princesses to Han Chinese royals and nobles during the Northern Wei princess in northern China.

Among the Han Chinese men, half of them were members of prominent clans in the south or royal members of southern courts who defected to the north, as well as their descendants in the north. 323 Among these men, the prominent ones are as follows: Eastern Jin royal clansman Sima Chuzhi ǁǎ͛e (390 - 464) and his son Sima Yue and his grandson Sima Fei , both of whom were born in the north; 324 Liu - Song prince Liu Chang and his sons Liu Chengxu and Liu Hui, both of whom were born in the north; 325 Southern Qi official Wang Su and his nephew Wang Song (482 - 528) from the illustrious L angya Wang clan; 326 Southern Qi prince Xiao Baoyin (485 - 530), his son Xiao Lie and his nephew Xiao Zan ӗר (502 - 531). 327 Sima Chuzhi, Liu Chang, Wang Su, Xiao Baoyin and Xiao Zan had all been married in the south and were married again to Northern Wei pr incesses. 328 At some point in their lives, most of them experienced a liangdi dilemma.the three Xianbei tribes in the three dukedoms were vassals and allies of the Han Chinese Western/Eastern Jin forces. They received their duke titles from Western/Eastern Jin, received Han Chinese military officers and soldiers and refugee farmers who moved NORTH towards Liaodong, Liaoxi and Dai to join the Xianbei, and received orders from the Eastern Jin in Nanjing to strike the Xiongnu, Jie, Di and Qiang in northern China.
After the Western Jin and Xianbei smashed the four barbarians (The jie suffered total genocide at the hands of Han Chinese, the Di-Qiang-Xiongnu were crushed at the Battle of Fei river by the Eastern Jin) and then they were all moped up, Eastern Jin re seized the two capitals in the north at Luoyang and Xian and retook Shandong province.
Then the Xianbei finally shook off their vassalage to the Jin and declared themselves independent as emperors instead of dukes and princes subordinated to Jin, reuniting northern China while Jin controlled the south.
The Xianbei Tuoba emperors announced that the chaos of the other four barbarians was over, that they stabilized northern China and invited southern Han Chinese and royalty to return north. The Xianbei married off their own Tuoba Xianbei princesses to Han Chinese royal princes from southern China like Princess Lanling to Han Chinese Liu Hui. Over 50$ of Xianbei princesses were married to Han Chinese royals and nobles from the south. They also gave Xiongnu princesses to them as well.
The Xianbei also set up an entire "Wu quarter" in Luoyang to invite southern Han Chinese descended from northern refugees to return north now that they stabilized it from the others.
Bullshit. China was never conquered by foreigners, all the non-Han barbarian dynasties were founded by barbarians who were conquered BY Han Chinese, turned into slaves & subjects of China but later revolted against their Han Chinese masters. They were subjects & rebels, not foreign conquerors or invaders. China maintained it's political continuity through these dynastic successions
