Not that it matters, because none of that has anything major to do with current day civilizational capability--if anything the Chinese are outshining the west because they've been civilized for longer, and because their mode of civilization was far more difficult and sacrificial (rice farming as opposed to easymode wheat and dairy), so they're possibly genetically selected to do more for less.
As far as European accomplishment goes, the top accomplishing nations of Europe were not particularly high in Steppe, or low in Farmer. The spectrum goes North > South, and East > West, in terms of more Forager and Steppe, and less Farmer ancestry. Both north and south europe were well represented in accomplishment, however the west absolutely destroys the east in the amount and importance of things accomplished.
Again, I don't even think these things are due to genes in the first place
