Hey should I be carefull the next time my clip jams and I cant slip it out of Glock ? I was at the range and I was shootig and suddenly when i wanted to reload my clip got stuck and there was one bullet left in.

Maybe, for urban combat and rough terrain(See mountains) they might be functional, but in any form of exposed environment(Plains), they'd get fucked.
One of the important things is height and how exactly does it move, which is relevant to it's stability.
Anything taller then 15 feet is just a target screaming to be shot at.
Another important thing is locomotion, how the fucker moves. Two legs seems like a poor idea given the fact, you shoot one out and it's basically fucked.
Treads? Might as well just make a fucking tank.
You need multiple legs, think of a spider or an ant, this is the best method for the simple reasons of, it's a stable platform, and since it allows redundency in case of damage.

In short: feasible, but unless there is actual practical thought and application in their design, it's fucking pointless.

In the Sci-fi universe I'm making. There's plenty of small power sources, and very effiecient lightweigh artificial muscles.
But those mechs are small, like exo skeletons. Land mates at most.
The bigger ones are essentially tanks with arms on their turrets.
The arms are so light, and efficient that they are often attached just in case rubble needs to be removed, or a vehicle needs repairs undr fire.
In one scene. a Tank grabs a machine gun from a fallen ally (A small human machne gun M249 kinda deal. And uses it to kill enemies hiding in an apartment above.)
They are also very cheap to grow, and are easily replaced while being very robust.

But no, Gundams we'll never see.
Too big. and far too stupid.

I use to have a Colt 6920, but I sold it to fund an Arsenal AK that I wanted.
Just FYI, the Colt upper and lower receiver fit does WOBBLE, which won't effect much but I didn't like it.

OP, check out Palmetto State Armory.
They are to the exact spec and does the same inspection tests as a Colt or BCM rifles.
But Palmetto State Armory rifles are a lot cheaper, I got my basic rifle for $700 shipped.

Despite that, there was an SF candidate (officer) who told me at the end that it was one of the most rewarding schools he'd been too, and that he enjoyed it. Same guy also waltzed through SFAS.
