Hey /k/, I want to ask your opinions on something. Why do you believe background checks are unconstitutional? Now before you go full-aspie on me, know that I hate such laws and I will fight tooth and nail to prevent the gun grabbers from gaining another inch; I just don't really see how background checks are unconstitutional. Unneeded, yes, but unconstitutional? Someone care to enlighten me? And please don't reply with hurr durr shall not be infringed, all I really want is something to hurl back at advocates for "sensible gun reform."
