The IQ tests are crappy, or it is too easy to cheat in them. Or then I am more intelligent I thought that I am. I am inclined to believe though that he is lying for his own benefit. Not going to post the latter part to this post anymore as it is not essential. Instead, I post a new revelation I just made. It struck me like a lightning just yesterday.

One of the reasons why men are disliking me so much, could be, that I HAVE A LOT STRONGER SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS than an average person. You know how there are huge differences in this between different animal species, such as reptiles compared to mammals and rodents compared to apes and apes compared to humans. Aside from that, there probably is differences between human individuals and also sexes. Men tend to be more self-conscious than women, at least about their own intellectual functions and their own minds. That is probably due to the differences between the male and female brain. Then, there are the differences between various human individuals among both sexes too: some people are clearly more self-conscious than others. I personally happen to be more self-conscious than an average female, that is about the same as an average male. So, by being so, I AM ACTING "LIKE A MAN", again. Also, it is impossible for me to take up the mode of a "dumb child" or a "dumb animal" because of this same trait, being too self-conscious for it. Other women have no problem with it, it's almost as if they just pushed a button in their brain and their behavior changes from a human adult into a "dumb animal" or a "dumb child".

Yeah, guess that this latest revelation explains a lot. Feeling a little less pain for being shunned by men now.

Now off, as I have a feeling that I am being profiled by someone.

"Engineers" are something of a meme in intellectual circles because they have a reasonably high intelligence, but outside of their very, very narrow field of expertise their ideas are usually trite, delusional garbage, yet they tend to espouse them with great confidence. It's assumed that this is result of an arrogance based on being smarter than most people, combined with a social circle made up of people with similarly narrow interest where they circle jerk their uneducated stupid opinions and reinforce each other's views, thus contributing to their conviction.

Being smart doesn't mean you automatically understand extremely complex processes without doping any research into the epistemology of social sciences and what empirical results there are, yet these people consistently do just that. Everything that black guy says about things outside of his engineering background, apart from a couple common sense objections to policies that stem from the same mental blindfolds he himself wears, is fallacious bullshit any high schooler with a basic education in logic can tear apart, you don't even actually need to know anything about philosophy or sociology, but if you do it gets even worse for him.

IQ isn't what engineers and other incels make it out to be. It's a decent measure of stupidity, but towards the higher end it becomes less and less meaningful as a measure of what is generally considered intelligence for a variety of reasons. There's many examples of people with high IQs who are or were idiots.

Thank you for explaining. But, to be honest, he sounds dozens of times stupider than I'd imagine a person with IQ of 160 to be. So it must be, that he is lying for his own benefit, or actually BELIEVES in his lies, to COPE. In today's world being smart enough to become a successful engineer does not necessarily mean you will lead a happy life. You might, for example, be rejected by women in spite of your success, and as a result of that, be socially ostracized. So you need to cope some way, and for many it is to adopt traditionalist views and genuinely think that it would make society a better place as whole.

Still perplexed about this IQ stuff. He is not the only one, who makes you scratch your head by telling that they have reasonably high IQ and then act like idiots. This is quite new to me, to be able to perceive that or to come across these cases though. But it is clear to me, that if someone claims to have IQ of 160 spewing the oversimplified crap this guy is spewing, or if someone chooses to post her nudes publicly online, trying to cover it up as an attempt to support body positivity or showing off the result of her exercise program, claiming that she has the same IQ, they have had wrong results in their IQ tests or they are lying about it.

Yeah, and intelligence and being an intellectual are two different things. You can be highly intelligent, having a high IQ, even if you had lived on the streets all of your life, only having the basic education. You can also be very well read, dealing with intellectual concepts on a daily basis, yet your IQ is about the average or lower. Yet reading about things and learning might improve your intelligence and IQ a bit.
